MONTAGEHANDLEIDING:
1. Demonteer de bumper inclusief de stalen stootbalk van het voertuig, de
stootbalk wordt niet meer gebruikt. (Zie figuur 1).
2. De bedrading van de kentekenplaatverlichting los maken. (Zie figuur 2).
3. Demonteer links de achterste uitlaatophangbeugel.
4. Controleer of de chassismoeren goed schoon en toegankelijk zijn.
5. Verwijder de afdichting zoals aangegeven. Zie fig. 3.
6. Plaats de steunen A en bevestig deze t.p.v. de punten B,C en D, mon-
teer het geheel los-vast.
7. Monteer de trekhaak t.p.v. de punten E .
8. Monteer het kogelhuis inclusief stekkerplaat.
9. Draai alle bouten en moeren overeenkomstig schets vast.
10. Herplaats het onder punt 3 verwijderde.
11. Zaag het aangegeven deel uit de bumper met behulp van de sjabloon.
(sjabloon op buitenzijde van bumper plaatsen).
12. Monteer het elektrische gedeelte.
13. Monteer de bumper.
Raadpleeg voor demontage en montage van voertuig onderdelen het
werkplaats handboek.
Raadpleeg voor montage en bevestigingsmiddelen de schets.
Raadpleeg voor montage en demontage van het afneembare kogel-
systeem de bijgevoegde montagehandleiding.
* Voor eventueel noodzakelijke aanpassing(en) "van het voertuig" dient
BELANGRIJK:
men de dealer te raadplegen.
* Indien op de bevestigingspunten een bitumen of anti-dreunlaag aanwe-
zig is, dient deze verwijderd te worden.
* Voor de max. toegestane massa, welke uw auto mag trekken, dient u uw
dealer te raadplegen.
* Bij het boren dient men er zorg voor te dragen, dat electriciteits-,

rem- en brandstofleidingen niet worden geraakt.
* Deze handleiding dient na montage bij de voertuigpapieren gevoegd te
worden.
FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Remove the bumper and the steel buffer beam from the vehicle. The
buffer beam will no longer be needed. (See figure 1).
2. Loosen the wiring from the registration plate lighting. (See figure 2).
3. Remove the back exhaust suspension bracket on the left.
4. Check that the chassis nuts are clean and easily accessible.
5. Remove the seal as indicated. See fig.3.
6. Position the supports A and attach them at points B, C and D, then fit the
whole thing without fully tightening.
7. Fit the tow bar at points E.
8. Fit the ball housing, including socket plate.
9. Tighten all nuts and bolts to the torque indicated in the drawing.
10. Replace the items removed in step 3.
11. Use the template to saw out the indicated section from the bumper.
(place the template on the outside of the bumper)
12. Fit the electrics.
13. Fit the bumper.

movable ball system.
NOTE:
* Should this installation process entail the cutting of the bumper –
conformation MUST be obtained by the installation engineer of the
customer's acceptance prior to completion. Brink International do
not accept responsibility for any matters arising as a result of this
miscommunication.
* The dealer should be consulted for possible necessary adjustment(s)
"of the vehicle".
