Dismissing an Error Code
From the Control Unit:
• Aft er you have completed the troubleshooti ng soluti on steps, press any key (except the phone icon) to clear the error
code.
• If the control unit is in Standby Mode, press the Start/Stop butt on to show the on-screen display. Aft er you have
completed the troubleshooti ng soluti on steps, press any key (except the phone icon) to clear the error code.
From the iAquaLink™ App:
• Press the error icon to display troubleshooti ng soluti ons. Aft er you have completed the troubleshooti ng soluti on
steps, press Clear Error to return to normal operati on. Or, press OK if you need to complete the soluti on steps at a
later ti me.

• Check for any small debris or cable impeding the brushes from turning
freely.
• Check for corrosion or bent pins in the power cable connecti on area.
• Turn each wheel one quarter turn in one directi on repeatedly unti l
rotati on is smooth.
• Repeat, turning wheels in the opposite directi on unti l rotati on is smooth.
• If this does not solve your problem, please contact your local retailer for
a diagnosti c review or call customer service.
• Check for small debris or hair in fan impeller.
• Thoroughly clean fi lter canister.
• If this does not solve your problem, please contact your local retailer for
a diagnosti c review or call customer service.

WEB icons are lit up, refresh the screen (by swiping downwards).
