INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
OF MATERIAL KIT
The material kit supplied with the
documentation is composed of:
2 M6x25 screws
2 M6x12 screws
4 silicone spacers for ceramic top
8 flat washers diam. 6
Instructions for use:
1. the 2 M6x25 screws and 2 M6 flat
washers are for fixing the ceramic upper
front panel.
2. the 2 M6x12 screws and 2 M6 flat
washers are for fixing the ceramic lower
front panel.
3. follow the sequence described
below to fit the 4 spacers and washers:
• insert the 4 ceramic spacers into
the 4 free holes on the cast iron top.
• rest the ceramic top on them to
check that it is level.
• if necessary insert a flat washer
between the silicone spacer and the cast
iron top so that the ceramic top is level
with the stove.
Unscrew the back (80) and the two profiles (6) and insert the tiles (81) on the right
hand side.
The characteristic tiles, made by casting, may differ slightly in height.
Use the small rubbers supplied to correct any variations in height without affecting
the appearance of the stove. Insert the 3 rubbers (99) between one tile and the next
starting from the bottom, then replace the profile (6) and repeat the same operation on
the left hand side.
Insert the rear panel (24) into the guides on the front grille, then position the front
panel (19) lodging it into the humidifying tank and sealing it with silicone. Put the top
into position (32).
Put the second front panel (19) into position, fixing it with two screws as shown in
detail "X".
NOTE: the red enamel with crystalline, applied to the majolica, crazes (cracks) evenly
over the whole surface.
Crazing is not a defect but is a characteristic of enamel applied to majolica known as
"craclè". The ceramic parts (majolica) are cast and enamelled manually and may pre-
sent small defects that will not affect their quality (small dents or enamel porosity).
