In order to benefit from optimal and rapid service when calling Hill-Rom about your
Primo
, provide the serial number of the Primo

In view of the specific conditions of use in domestic care environments, the
expected life time of the device, its parts and the accessories is 3 years.

Troubleshooting

The Primo
is designed to function automatically. Consequently, device
troubleshooting is limited to a few checks.
Always disconnect the device before troubleshooting.
In the event of a malfunction, check the following points:
• the electrical connection with the control unit;
• the power cord is not damaged;
• the pneumatic and electric connections between the mattress and the control
unit are OK;
• the CPR valve is properly closed;
• the mattress is not damaged (tears or cuts);
• the air filter is clean. Clean the air filter every 6 months.
• the fuse is OK.

Cleaning and replacing the air filter

The reusable air filter can be washed with water and a cleaning agent.
Thoroughly wash and dry the air filter before putting it back in place.
The air filter can be ordered separatly. For more information, refer to the list of
spare parts of the Primo
