Warranty
We grant warranty for material or workmanship defects of our devices
in conformity with mandatory provisions of the relevant country, but
12 months as a minimum. The warranty period of 24 months is valid in
the EU countries in case of the exclusively private scope of use (proved
by invoice or delivery note).
The damages following from natural wear, overloading, incorrect han-
dling and/or the damages caused by the user or by using the device
contrary to the operating manual or the damages known upon pur-
chase are excluded from the warranty.
The complaints can be admitted only if the device is sent back to the
supplier or to the Authorized Service Center NAREX in the non-disman-
tled state. Keep the operating manual, safety instructions, list of spare
parts and proofs of purchase safely.
Otherwise the current warranty conditions and terms of the manufac-
turer are always valid.
