These operating instructions are intended
for users of the amplifier system (e. g. DJs,
speakers at public and private events) and
do not require any specific technical knowl-
edge. Please read these operating instruc-
tions carefully prior to operating the unit
and keep them for later reference. All oper-
ating elements and connections described
can be found on the fold-out page 3.

and Connections
1 Display of the 2-channel receiving mod-
ule, indicates the transmission channel
and, by means of a segment bar, the
strength of the radio signal received
(left: receiving unit A, right: receiving
unit B)
2 Power switch and volume control, for
receiving unit A and receiving unit B of
the 2-channel receiving module
3 Buttons to set the 2-channel receiving
module: chapter 7.1
4 Status indicators for the rechargeable
batteries
When operated with rechargeable bat-
teries:
The respective LED indicates the
charging state of the batteries. When

With the player, standard audio CDs
(including CD-Rs and CD-RWs

replayed. ("Compact Disc Audio") will
appear on the display as an indication.
MP3 files 2 from CDs, USB storage me -
dia and SD / SDHC memory cards can also
be replayed. For sound carriers with MP3

files, will appear on the display as an
indication (only in the replay/ pause mode).
To switch on the player, press the button
POWER.
– Insert a CD with the lettering facing up
into the CD slot until it is pulled in auto-
matically.

after the other while the batteries are
being recharged. When the batteries
have been completely recharged, the

The anti-shock memory is able to compen-
sate brief interruptions caused by shocks
or vibrations when sampling a CD. How-
ever, it cannot compensate lasting, heavy
shocks. Therefore, the speaker system
must always be positioned on solid, un -
movable ground during CD operation.
Note concerning sound interruptions and
reading errors

The infrared remote control requires two
1.5 V AAA batteries. Remove the battery
cover on the rear side. Insert the batteries
as indicated in the compartment, and then
close the cover again.
If the remote control is not used for a
longer time, remove the batteries as a pre-
caution so that the remote control will not
be damaged in case the batteries should
leak.
When pressing a button, always point the
remote control to the sensor "IR" (next to
the CD slot). Make sure that there are no
obstacles between the sensor and the
remote control. When the operating range
of the remote control decreases, the batter-
ies are discharged and must be replaced.
Batteries must not be placed in
the household waste. Always take
them to a special waste disposal,
e. g. collection container at your
retailer.
