RIELLO MINI 11-13
RIELLO MINI 17
For disassembly, refer to the instructions provided below:
- disconnect the appliance from the mains and shut off the gas valve
- remove in sequence: casing, air distribution box cover and combustion
chamber cover ( g. 5-5a)
- disconnect the spark plug cable connection
- slide off the lower cable grommet from the seat of the air distribution box
- remove the burner xing screws and remove the latter with the spark plug
attached and corresponding cables ( g. 5-5a)
- using a socket or fork spanner, remove the nozzles and the washers and
replace them with the ones in the kit ( g. 6a).
Use and assemble the washers contained in the kit also in case
of manifolds without washers.
in the case of conversion from methane gas to LPG, secure the burner
ange contained in the kit using the relative screws (fig. 6b)
in the case of conversion from LPG to methane gas, remove the burner
ange (g. 6b)
- remount the burner in the combustion chamber and tighten the screws
securing it to the gas manifold
- place the cable grommet with the spark plug cable in its seat in the air
distribution box
- reconnect the spark plug cable
- re t the combustion chamber cover and the air distribution box cover
- to access the circuit board, open the instrument panel, following the in-
structions contained in paragraph 6.1
- on the control board ( g. 7):
- if the conversion is from methane gas to LPG, insert the jumper in
position JP1
- if the conversion is from LPG to methane gas, remove the jumper from
position JP1
- reposition the components previously removed
- reconnect the appliance to the mains and turn on the gas valve (with the
boiler in operation, check the gas supply circuit seals).
Once conversion is complete, set the appliance as detailed in
the relevant section of this manual and attach the new data ID
plate contained in the kit.
3.10 Adjustments
The boiler has already been factory set by the manufacturer.
If it is necessary to adjust it again, for example after extraordinary mainte-
nance, after replacement of gas valve or after gas conversion, carry out the
following procedure.
The maximum output adjustment must be carried out in the se-
quence indicated exclusively by quali ed personnel.
- Remove the casing by loosening the screws holding it in place (A) (see
section 6 "Removing the casing").
- Unscrew the screw on the pressure test point (1) downstream of the gas
valve by about two turns ( g. 8) and connect the pressure gauge.
g. 6a
- Disconnect the compensation inlet (5) from the gas valve.
- Remove the protective cap (2).
- Turn a water tap on fully, bring the temperature selector to the maximum
and connect the boiler to a power supply.
