ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
10.
IMPORTANT: After installation is complete, turn on the hot and cold water
supply. Check for leaks. Pull the hose assembly (10.1) out of the spout (10.2)
and remove the spray head (10.3) by unscrewing it from the hose assembly
(10.1) in a counterclockwise direction. Be sure to hold the end of the hose
assembly (10.1) down into the sink and turn the faucet (10.4) on to the warm
positon where it mixes hot and cold water. Flush line for one minute. Check
for leaks. Re-tighten any connections if necessary, but do not overtighten.
Reinstall the spray head (10.3) by hand tightening it back onto the hose
assembly (10.1).
NOTE: Do not lose the gasket (10.5) in the hose.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The lever handle controls the flow of either hot or cold water to the faucet.
Rotate the handle forward for cold war; rotate the handle backward for hot water. Moving the handle out from the faucet body
(right) opens the cartridge and causes water to flow out from the spout. The degree of handle opening determines the volume
of water flow. Returning the handle to the original position (toward the faucet body) stops the flow of water.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Clean periodically with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, and harsh chemicals as these will dull the finish and
void your warranty.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Leaks underneath
handle.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Bonnet has come loose or O-ring on
cartridge is dirty or twisted.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Move the handle to the off position. Unscrew the
handle screw and remove the handle.
2. Tighten the bonnet by turning it clockwise. Move the
cartridge stem to the on position. The leak should
stop draining out from around the cartridge stem.
3. If the leak does not stop, shut off the water supply.
Remove the bonnet by turning it counterclockwise. Lift
out the cartridge valve. Inspect the blue conjoined
o-rings under the cartridge and remove any debris. If
the o-rings are twisted, straighten them out. If they are
damaged or leak does not stop replace the cartridge
by calling Customer Service.
4. Position the cartridge back into the faucet body.
Make sure the two locating pins under the cartridge fit
into the two locating holes on the faucet body. Tightly
screw bonnet onto the faucet body.
5. Re-install the handle.
