INSTALLATION
> 1ST. STARTING UP
Before starting the pump, check the oil level in the
pump. Do not put the machine into operation if the
oil has sunk below "MIN". Top up with oil as required
(SAE 15W-40).
If it is the first time that you use the machine or if you
do not operate the machine for a long time period, it
is necessary to connect, for some minutes, the suc-
tion hose, in order to let possible impurities go out,
so that the nozzle gun will not become clogged.
Engine:
- Before using the machine for the first time, read the oper-
ating manual of the engine provided by the engine manu-
facturer
Battery:
- The battery has been filled and charged at the factory. If
the acid level in the battery approaches the "MIN" mark, fill
with distilled water up to the "MAX" mark.
Fitting accessories:
- Before using the high pressure washer cleaner, assemble
the lance onto the spray gun and the nozzle onto the lance
(ref. 3)
- To fit the lance to the lance it is sufficient to insert the
threated end of the lance (ref. 4a/4b pos.1) into the hole of
the gun (ref. 4a/4b pos.2); then screw the lance as indicated
by the arrow (A) till when you have reached the complete
coupling (ref. 4a/4b).

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

IMPORTANT: Before doing any work on
the cleaner, discharge the pressure and
disconnect the water supplies.
CHECKING THE PUMP OIL LEVEL
Check the oil level periodically. The oil must be
changed for the first time after 50 working hours,
16
with subsequent changes every 500 hours.
15W-40 oil is recommended .
CHECKING THE WATER INTAKE FILTER
Inspect and clean the water intake filter on the inta-
ke union periodically. This is important to prevent
fouling which may impair operation of the pump.
CLEANING THE FUEL FILTER
Check the fuel filter periodically and replace if it has
deteriorated or is excessively dirty.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Before doing any work on the machine, disconnect
the electricity and water supplies and discharge the
pressure. Proceed systematically to identify Faults
following the chart below; if you are still unable to
eliminate the problem, call in the Authorized After-
Sales Service.
> REPAIRS - SPARE PARTS
For any problems not mentioned in this manual, or if
the machine breaks down, you are urged to contact
an Authorized After-Sales Service for the relative
repair or for any replacement of components with
original spare parts. Use exclusively original replace-
ment parts.
