5. Installation of the electrode-holding BY-PASS vessel (Fig. 5).

Warnings:
1. Check to make sure the two ends of the tube after the splice are at the same level.
2. Remove any rough spots (with sandpaper) and clean with a stripping agent. Insert the two nuts (50 or 63)
before the adhesive attachment of the couplings.
3. Follow the manufacturer recommendations regarding adhesives before placing in water, in terms of the
adhesive attachment of the two couplings.
4. Place the vessel between the two couplings and screw the nuts on manually.

6. Installation of POOL TERRE (PT) and the Flow Rate Detector (FS) (optional) (Fig. 6).

POOL TERRE and the flow rate detector must be placed before the BY-PASS vessel with a paddle clamp. Connect
POOL TERRE to a post/stake by following the instructions in the electrical rules in force in your country.
After installing the vessel and optional items (PT, FS) and allowing the adhesives to dry, start up the filtering pump
to verify that there are no leaks (Fig. 7). The vessel allows the water to flow without an electrode. This is the
PASS
feature.

7. Cell insertion (Fig. 8)

Insertion (removal) of the cell (electrodes) in the vessel may be
performed with the filtering pump running. This is made possible by
integrating the traditional BY-PASS system on the inside of the vessel
(Fig. 4). The installation is therefore simpler and occupies less space,
while making it possible to handle the cell with no drainage or
closure of the valves, thereby simplifying the unit's maintenance.
Note : If there is high pressure in the installation, you can stop the
filtering pump during the insertion or removal.

8. Case installation

 The case must be vertically fixed onto a wall by using the mounting plate that is provided (Fig. 11).
 Check to make sure it is possible to insert the electrode into the vessel before attaching the case to the wall.
 If you have the pH option available, please insert the peristaltic pump into the required place on the back of
the case along the tracks provided for this purpose. #fig.12
 The case snaps onto the plate with one simple movement upward (Fig. 13). In order to snap it off, use one hand
to press the tab which goes over the case and use the other hand to lightly press the case upward (Fig. 14).

9. Connections

All of the connectors for hooking up accessories can be accessed under the case. It is of no use to open the case.
#fig.15
The power connection is made to the filtration pump's contactor via a 4A fuse box.
