NET THREADING AND PATH (ONLY WITH
NET WRAPPER KIT FITTED) - - FIG. 13
Lift the net brake, re. 1.
Position the net roll on the cover, re. 2.
Wind the end of the net, re. 3, and thread it between
the two net engagement control rollers, re. 4 and
re. 5.
Position the roll in the twine--box, re. 6, checking if it
winds according to the direction shown by the arrow.
Close the cover, re. 7. Considering that the cover
works as a retainer by the spring, re. 8, the spring
must be placed in the eyelet, re. 9, when the roll is
new and through the eyelets, re. 10, when the roll dia-
meter decreases.
NOTE: there are two springs, re. 8 one on the right
and the other on the left: when the brake is adjusted,
remember to adjust both springs as well.
OPERATION
When the bale has reached the pre--set pressure, the
buzzer integrated in the on--board computer is oper-
ated for about 2 seconds.
Simultaneously (if the automatic wrapping is selec-
ted), the motor, re. 1 fig. 6, starts; through the chain,
re. 4 fig. 12, it controls the net threading roller, re. 4
fig. 6, for net start.
fig. 5
If the automatic wrapping has been selected, the
re. 2 fig. 6
buzzer keeps operating until the wrapping manual
control is enabled through the suitable "start" key

placed on the on--board computer, re. 1, fig. 7.

re. 1 fig. 10
The net start control motor enabling time can be in-
creased or decreased by changing the setting in the

on--board computer. Usually, a time of 6/7 seconds
re. 3 fig. 10
is enough to start the net.
re. 4 fig. 10
The quantity of net to be unwound must be mechani-
cally pre--set according to the table in fig. 11.

Emergency wrapping

re. 4 fig. 12
Different density wrapping possibilities are available,
apart from the pre--set one (for example when the
crop in the field ends and the bale inside the machine
isn't complete): just press for at least half a second
(to prevent accidental operations) the "start" key on
the on--board computer, re. 1, fig. 7.
BALE EJECTION
At the end of the wrapping, open the tailgate.
In this step, the device shown in fig. 30 cuts out auto-
matically the rotation of bar chains, so that the PTO
can rotate continuously.
As soon as the bale has come out, close the tailgate
and start a new bale.
The FB 212 L and FB 215 L model balers are
equipped with an ejector, re. 1, fig. 14, that moves the
bale away during the ejection step, so that the tail-
gate can be closed and a new bale can be made.
In FB 212 model balers, the ejector re. 1, fig. 14 is
supplied as optional accessory.
Working hillsides, it is advisable to disassemble this
part, as it could cause an excessive rolling due to the
sloping.
During the bale unloading operation, the PTO rota-
tion revolutions can be reduced up to about 250 rpm.
