10. Downloading Data to your Computer
Your monitor can be connected via a U.S.B. connection port with a
computer and all memory data can be downloaded by the
MICROLIFE Asthma Monitor software program. Contact Microlife
at 866-934-1839 or visit www.microlifeusa.com to purchase.
If you purchase software, you will find the program very easy to
use. If you need help with the basic installation and use, call 866-
934-1839. (For use with Windows 98 and higher)

11. Troubleshooting

•If you receive a low reading this could be an early warning sign
your asthma is getting worse. You must follow directions exactly
as instructed to obtain accurate results. Call Microlife with
questions at 866-934-1839, M-F 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
If an error occurs one of the following listed error codes is displayed.
Message Cause
Er1 The result can not be
stored in memory
because date/time is
not set.
Er2 Data communication
between device and
printer does not work
no There is no data
stored in the Monitor
Hi The result is higher
than 900 ml/min.
Remedy
Please set date and time
(Section 3.2)
Please check the cable
connection between
device and printer.
