13. Care and Safety Information

*Your peak flow mouthpiece and measuring tube should be
cleaned within 30 minutes after each use (See Section 7).
Please note temperatures lower than 50°F (10°C) and higher
than 104°F (40°C) and humidity greater than 85%RH can affect
the accuracy.
• Do not expose the device to extreme
temperatures, humidity, dust or direct
sunlight.
• Clean the outside of the device with a
soft, dry cloth. Do not use gasoline,
thinners or similar solvents. The
measuring tube should not be washed
in a dishwasher.
• Do not drop the instrument or treat it
roughly in any way. Avoid strong vibrations.
• Never attempt to repair the instrument
yourself Any unauthorized opening of
the instrument invalidates all guarantee
claims!
• If the device is dropped you may notice
unusual results. Your monitor can be
checked by Microlife for accuracy.
