9) Continue to pull the starter cord until the engine
starts.

CAUTION-HAZARD! The cutting chain
moves because the throttle trigger
is partially advanced.
- Hold the chainsaw firm (Fig.34) letting the
engine and chain run for at least 15 seconds
(for pre-heating).
10) Using the palm of your hand, press the throttle
trigger lock-out (fig. 36 part. 1) and then press
the throttle trigger (fig. 36 part 2); this way "THE
THROTTLE ADVANCEMENT" will disengage
and the engine will run at minimum speed.

11) Do not use the chainsaw if the chain
moves at the minimum engine setting.
Instead, apply to a service centre for assistance.

12) Do not move or transport the
chainsaw with the engine running. Dur-
ing transport, cover the bar with the protector
provided.
