Possible Cause
• Sensor faulty
• Sensor line faulty
• Operating error
• Electronics faulty
• Rhythm too fast or too slow
when touched
• Solenoid valve dirty
• Solenoid valve fitted incorrectly
• Water contains lime
• Water supply disrupted
• One solenoid valve is not
switching
• Filters contaminated
• Mixing cartridge faulty
• Temperature adjustment lever
broken
• Mixing cartridge faulty
• Sensor cables transposed
• No water runing before
adjustment measure started
• Sensor line faulty
• Operating error
• Electronics faulty
• Rhythm too fast or too slow
when touched
• Battery: Voltage <5V
• Protective film on signal unit
(next to battery compartment)
Rectification
• Check sensors
• Check sensor line and plug and
socket connections
• Comply with operating instructions
• Replace electronics
• Change speed whilst tapping the
sensor. Tap evenly
• Clean solenoid valves
• Fit solenoid valve correctly
• Clean fitting
• Check cold and hot water supply
• Check solenoid valves
• Clean filters
• Replace mixer cartridge
• Replace temperature adjustment

• Replace mixer cartridge
• Check sensor lines
After replacing the sensor lines,
take out the battery/wait briefly,
re-insert
• Start water running, then adjust
• Check sensor line and plug and
socket connection
• Comply with operating instructions
• Replace electronics
• Change speed whilst tapping the
sensor. Tap evenly
• Replace battery
• Remove protective film
