FAULTS
The burner does not
pass through the pre-
purge and locks out.
The burner continues to
repeat the starting cy-
cle without locking out.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
The air pressure switch does not
switch
Flame is detected.
The gas pressure in the mains is
very near the value the gas pres-
sure switch is adjusted to. Conse-
quently, the sudden falling off in
pressure at the opening of the valve
causes the pressure switch to open
meaning the valves immediately
close and the motor stops.
The pressure then increases, the
pressure switch closes and the
starting cycle is started again, and
so on.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Probe has ground fault.
Flame disappears four times.
Opening of the air pressure switch
Opening of the gas pressure switch
The pressure switch is defective; Replace
it.
The air pressure is too low (combustion
head incorrectly set).
Defective valves: replace them.
Reduce the pressure switch pressure set-
ting.
Check right position and, if necessary,
adjust as indicated herein.
Clean or replace ionisation probe.

adjust the solenoid valve, as indicated
in this manual.
