GENERAL WARNINGS

The installation of the stove must be done according to the local, national or European regulations.
Stoves by Bronpi Calefacción, S.L. are manufactured under a quality control system in order to protect both the user and the fitter in the
event of possible accidents. We also recommend to the authorized installer that, each time an operation in the stove is going to be done,
pay special attention to the electrical connections, especially that stripped or bear wires are never left outside the connections, avoiding
dangerous contacts.
The installation must be performed by authorized personnel who must provide the buyer a declaration of conformity of the
installation where he will assume full responsibility for the final installation and, therefore, the proper operation of the installed
product. Bronpi Calefacción S.L. will not assume any liability in the case of failure complying with these precautions.
The manufacturer will not assume any liability for damages caused to third parties due to improper installation or misuse of the stove.
In order to ensure the correct operation of the product, components can only be replaced with original spare parts and by an authorized
technician.
Maintenance of the stove must be performed at least once a year by an Authorized Technical Service.
For more security you should consider:
Do not touch the stove with bare feet or with wet body parts.
The door(s) of the equipment must be closed during operation.
It is forbidden to modify the safety or regulating devices without the permission of the manufacturer.
Avoid direct contact with any parts of the product that tend to reach high temperatures during its operation.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The stove that you have purchased contains the following pieces:
Complete structure of the stove on the pallet.
In the upper part of the stove: a box/bag with a thermal glove that allows us to use the handle of the door and other components. The
electrical interconnection cable between the stove and the electrical network. A hook (cold hands handle) to make easier the removing
and cleaning of the burner. In the models Elsa and Paula a remote control of the stove (battery included). A book in order to register all
maintenance tasks performed to the stove as well as this installation, use and servicing manual.
Inside the combustión chamber, you will find the baffle plate, the burner and the ash pan.
The equipment consists of several elements of steel sheets welded and vermiculite pieces. It also has a door with vitro ceramic glass
(resistant up to 750ºC) and ceramic cord for the air tightness in the combustion chamber.
Heating is produced by:
Forced convection: thanks to the fan placed on the bottom of the stove, the air at room temperature is aspired and it is returned to the

room at a higher temperature.

Radiation: through the vitro ceramic glass and the body the heat is irradiated towards the environment.

COOKING OVEN (ONLY MODEL PAULA)

It is located at the top of the model and has a hermetic cooking chamber.
The base is made of refractory material (it absorbs heat and radiates it slowly). The heating is
produced by the passage of smoke either on the sides or by the top of the oven.
The oven consists of the following components (see drawing D1):

Tray. It incorporates a tray that it is made of stainless steel. It is adjustable in three heights
depending on the slots of the side guide that we use. In order to avoid its deterioration it is
compulsory to remove it when it is not being used.

Barbecue grill. It incorporates a grill with bars. It is adjustable in three heights depending on the
slots of the side guide that we use. In order to avoid its deterioration it is compulsory to remove
it when it is not being used.

Food refractory ceramic. These pieces are placed in the base of the oven, their function is to
absorb the heat and radiate it slowly.
To manage the functions of the stove, depending on the oven temperature, you should consult the
chapter called "oven management menu" in this manual.
2.1.1.

OVEN INTERIOR

In this model the interior of the oven is composed of four pieces made of stainless steel (two guides, top and rear), removable for an easy
extraction, facilitating its cleaning.
In order to disassemble them, you should follow the next process (see drawing D2):
1.
Remove the top by sliding it out.
2.
Remove the side guides that are hung on four supports. In order to detach it, you must raise the guide and pull it out.
3.
Finally, remove the rear part that is hung on two supports.
