manually resettable thermostat.
The chamber is heated by means of covered elements under the floor and above the diffusing plate
on the ceiling.
Glass ceramic electric cooking hob
This is a strong stainless steel structure on four legs, which enable height adjustment in the cabinet
version. The outer covering is made of chrome-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304).
The glass ceramic has a thickness suitable for transmitting heat, with the cooking areas clearly
indicated. The heat intensity is controlled by an energy regulator that varies the working times of
the special infrared heating elements beneath the glass ceramic. The machine has a manually
resettable safety thermostat to protect the glass from overheating
Electric solid top
This is a strong stainless steel structure standing on four height-adjustable legs. The outer covering
is made of chrome-nickel 18/10 stainless steel.
The hotplate is made from special steel with a suitable thickness for transmitting heat, with the
cooking areas clearly indicated. The heat intensity is controlled by a thermostat that varies the
temperature of the special infrared heating elements under the hotplate.
Neutral cabinet
For the standing versions without ovens, doors are available to close the unit and create a neutral
cabinet. Racks for holding GASTRONORM containers and hygienic unit applications with
GASTRONORM dimension grill-holders are also available.
PROVISIONS FOR INSTALLATION
Place
It is advisable to install the appliance in a well-ventilated room or under an extractor hood. The
appliance may be installed as a single unit or in conjunction with others. In both cases, if it is
installed near a wall made of inflammable material, protective measures should be taken (e.g. fitting
of heat resistant sheets) to ensure that the temperature of the wall remains within established safety
limits.
Installation
Installation operations, conversion to a voltage other than that envisaged, system or appliance start
up, ventilation work and any maintenance must be done by qualified personnel following the
manufacturer's instructions, observing current regulations and in compliance with the following
provisions (GB):
