Type of dirt
Light dirt with no dry residue
Spots of grease (sauces, soups, oil...)

ATTENTION: allow cooking surfaces to cool before cleaning
It is advisable to avoid using cookware and/or tableware with rough bases as this could damage
the glass.
Avoid using sharply pointed objects for cleaning as these could damage the silicone seal on the
glass.
If the appliance is not used for a long period, it is advisable to disconnect the power supply, wipe all
stainless steel surfaces with a cloth soaked in Vaseline oil to provide it with a protective film, and
ventilate the room from time to time.
Maintenance
ATTENTION! Before performing any kind of maintenance or repairs, make sure that the
appliance is disconnected from the power supply.
The following maintenance operations should be performed at least once a year by specialised
personnel. It is advisable to have a maintenance contract drawn up.
x Check that all control and safety devices are working properly;
x Check the condition of the power cable.
ATTENTION! Before making any replacements, make sure that the appliance is disconnected
from the power supply.
Ventilated electric oven fan (fig. 25, p. 9)
To replace the fan in the ventilated electric oven, unscrew the fixing screws (1) of the protective
grill (2); remove the protective grill; unscrew the blocking nut (3) on the fan (4) and remove it.
Then replace it. To reassemble the fan, follow the reverse procedure.
Ventilated electric oven motor (fig. 26, p. 9)
To replace the motor in the ventilated electric oven, proceed as described in the preceding
paragraph: remove the fan and the back panel of the appliance in order to access the back part of the
Damp cloth.
Clean with a non-abrasive detergent
Non-abrasive detergent and wipe clean with a damp
cloth
Remove using vinegar or scouring cream and wipe clean
with a damp cloth.
Remove immediately with a scraper (razor blade), clean
with scouring cream and wipe clean with a damp cloth.
If the area is allowed to cool down with this kind of dirt
it could cause the glass ceramic to deteriorate.
