COMMISSIONING THE DEVICE

Before getting started, please check that the delivery is complete.
Make sure that the neck-and-back heating pad does not get stuck.
Please use original parts only!
Please do not use any other controller!
Attention
Please ensure that the neck-and-back heating pad is not too tight so that some air can circulate
between the neck-and-back heating pad and your skin when using it.
Under all circumstances, avoid accumulation of heat.
1. Check if the two plugs (plug of the controller (G) and plug of the neck-and-back heating pad (H)) are
connected to each other. If they are not, connect them to each other. Otherwise, please ensure that they are
correctly connected to each other. To operate the neck-and-back heating pad, insert the power plug (A)
into the power socket. On the display screen, the display "

2. To switch on the neck-and-back heating pad, press the ON/OFF button (F).
3. To set the temperature desired, press the temperature button (D). You can set the desired temperature in
10 levels (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, H). To increase the temperature, press the "+" in the upper half of the

temperature button (D). To decrease the temperature, press the "-" in the lower half of the temperature button
(D).
4. Here, each level corresponds to an operating time of 10 minutes.

5. The neck-and-back heating pad is programmed so that a default setting of an operating time of 4 hours and
temperature level 4 are preset when you switch on the device.
6. The neck-and-back heating pad switches off automatically after the operating time selected has expired.
7. To restart the neck-and-back heating pad after the operating time selected has expired, simply press the
IT
ON/OFF button (F).
8. For the continuous operation of the neck-and-back heating pad, it is recommended to use the temperature
levels 1 - 4.

If the neck-and-back heating pad and the controller are not, or not correctly, connected to each other, the
letter "E" appears on the display screen. This display is also shown if the controller or the heating wires of
the neck-and-back heating pad are defective.
9. Automatic switch-off

The electric neck-and-back heating pad switches off automatically after the operating time selected has
expired. This saves energy and additionally ensures that the neck-and-back heating pad is not operated
without supervision.
10. After use, please disconnect the power plug from the power socket.
