FILLING THE WATER TANK (III - VI)
To fill the water tank, unscrew the plastic lid. After
filling, screw the lid on again and place the water
tank on top of the unit at the suction hose and in-
sert the hose through the opening in the lid. Filling
the plaster containers.
Remove the white lid from the plaster container. The
opening in the container is relatively large to enable
it to be filled easily. Once the plaster container is
full, screw on the lid supplied with it (A) clockwise
and tighten it. Switch off the equipment to remove
the plaster container.
Caution!
Ensure that the two sliding covers (B) have been clo-
sed completely! The closed plaster container can
then be inverted and fitted to the Masterbox. Ensure
that the plaster dispensing nozzle (C) slips into the
socket smoothly (D).
Important
Then pull the sliding covers apart (B). The sliding co-
vers must be parallel to the top of the unit. The unit
is then ready for use.
CHANGING THE PLASTER CONTAINER
If the plaster container is changed for dispensing a
different type of plaster, two points must be taken
into account. Ensure that the two sliding covers (B)
have been closed completely. This prevents the plas-
ter spilling out when the container is removed. Hold
a bowl beneath the dispenser and activate
"Dispensing plaster" (refer to the following section)
to empty the remaining plaster out of the worm con-
veyor. The plaster container can then be removed
from the unit.
SWIVEL ARM (9)
The swivel arm is used to select the plaster silo re-
quired (silo 1= left; silo 2= middle, silo 3 = right).
When the arm reaches the correct position under
the silo, a green LED lights up and the setting auto-
matically changes to the dispensing programme for
the silo selected. Up to 20 dispensing programmes
can be preset for each silo. We recommend using the
protective cover to keep the scales clean.
HANDLING
The two line LCD (1), "Enter" key (2), multifunctional
rotary knob (3), "Weighing" key (4) and "Start/Stop"
key (5) on the front of the Masterbox control all its
functions. This unit can be used immediately after
switching it on. The display indicates the programme
used last. Example: (Schematic representation of
the display) an arrow points to the programme num-
ber, programme name, amount of plaster and
ml/100g plaster).
OPERATING THE WEIGHING MACHINE
The unit must be in standard mode to operate the
weighing machine (LCD 1) which is activated by pres-
sing the "Weight" key (4). Any item of up to 2.5 kg
can be weighed. If an item is already on the weig-
hing platform, the "Weight" key (4) can be pressed
again to reset the tare to zero.
DISPENSING WATER AND PLASTER
MANUALLY - REMOVING REMAINING
PLASTER
To dispense water and plaster manually, use the mul-
tifunctional rotary knob to skip programmes 1 - 20 in
standard mode. After programme 20, the unit auto-
matically moves to "Dispensing plaster" in the menu.
When the "Start/Stop" key (5) is pressed, the unit
begins dispensing plaster manually. This procedure
is also used for emptying out the plaster when chan-
ging the plaster container (see above). Use the same
procedure for dispensing water manually.
Programme 22 describes "Dispensing water" in the
menu.
OPTION
Dispensing water or plaster manually – including
weighing:
Pressing the weighing machine key (4) during pro-
grammes 21 or 22 activates the weighing machine -
the Start/Stop key (5) retains its manual plaster/wa-
ter dispensing function. This allows the weighing ma-
chine to be used manually.
