Maintenance
The unit may only be serviced and repaired by service
personnel employed or authorized by Dräger Medical.
The unit must be inspected and serviced regularly at yearly
intervals or after 5000 hours of operation (and a record kept).
Correct functioning must be verified by service experts every
6 months.
A service manual is available to each authorized service expert
for service, maintenance and repair purposes.
The unit may only be opened by authorized service
experts in order to avoid damage due to incorrect
maintenance.
Always unplug the mains cable before opening the unit in
order to avoid the risk of electric shock.
Only use original Dräger Medical parts when servicing the
unit, otherwise faults or defects may arise.

Disposal of the unit

At the end of its service life:
Permox SilentCare must be disposed of as required in
