7. Diagnosis

7.1 Diagnostic elements

Eight LEDs displaying the operating status of the LSI are
located on the top of the LSI housing.
Each safety output (OSSD A, OSSD B) is assigned a green
and a red LED. The system status is signalled by the (yellow)
ERROR LED. If operation with restart is defined, the two
indicators RES A and RES B flash to indicate that the system
is awaiting acknowledgement. If communication with the
user (PC) has been reconfigured from RS232 to RS422, the
yellow RS422 indicator is lit.

2: OSSD B inactive (red)
3: Front screen contamination PLS/System ERROR (yellow)
4: OSSD A active (green)
5: OSSD B active (green)
6: Reset/Restart (OSSD A) (yellow)
7: Reset/Restart (OSSD B) (yellow)
8: Communication configured to RS422 (yellow)
