mode either ON or OFF.
5.5 NOISE FiLtr/PASS
NOISE is used to minimize the effect of EMI, common or normal
mode noise. Select FiLtr when measurements are > 3% of range
or in the presence of EMI/Noise. Select PASS for measurements < 3%
of range. Example: If measured value is < 12mV on the 400 mV range
