NTERNET VIDEO CONFERENCING
You can use your camera for a video conference.
To conduct a video conference with another person, both people must
have a computer with webcam, microphone, speaker, a modem and
access to the Internet.
You will also need special software for video conferences which is often
available for free on the Internet (for example, programs such as I-phone,
Microsoft NetMeeting, Yahoo Messenger, etc).
Direct the camera at yourself and start the video recording ("13. Recording
videos" on page 56).
