INSTALAÇÃO
PRIMEIRA PARTIDA
Antes de partir a bomba, verificar o nível do óleo na mesma. Não colocar a máquina em funcionamento
se o nível do óleo for inferior ao "MIN". Levá-lo até o nível correcto (SAE20W30).
Se é a primeira vez que se utiliza a máquina ou a mesma não foi usada por um longo período é
necessário conectá-la, por alguns minutos, ao tubo de aspiração para fazer com que saiam eventuais
impurezas e fazer com que o injector não se obstrua.
Motor:
- Antes de utilizar a máquina pela primeira vez
ler o manual operacional do motor fornecido
pelo fabricante do mesmo.
Bateria:
- A bateria foi enchida e carregada na fábrica.
Se o nível do ácido na bateria alcançar o "MIN",
acrescentar água destilada até alcançar o nível
"MAX".
Conexão Acessórios:
- Antes de utilizar a hidrolimpadora, montar a
lança à pistola e o injector à lança. (ref. 3)
- Para montar a lança basta inserir a parte
terminal rosqueada da lança (ref 4a/4b pos.1)
no orifício da pistola (ref. 4a/4b pos. 2), então
aparafusar a lança como indicado pela seta
(A) até o completo engate (ref. 4a/4b).
REPARAÇÕES - PEÇAS DE TROCA
Para eventuais inconvenientes não citados no presente manual ou rupturas da máquina dirijá-se a
um centro de Assistência Autorizado para a relativa reparação ou para a eventual substituição de
peças de troca originais.

MAINTENANCE
Before to carry out any kind of maintenance to the washer machine, run the pressure down, take
the water connection out and switch off the machine.
CHECKING PUMP OIL LEVEL AND OIL CHANGE
Check the oil from time to time. Change the oil after 50 Hrs. operation and than after every 500 Hrs.
We recommend oil SAE 20W30.
WATER SUCTION FILTER CHECKING
Check periodically in order to avoid deposits clogging it (pos. 60).
DISASSEMBLING OF THE MACHINE

When you decide not to use the machine, we recommend the following:
- Place it out of the reach of children;
- Do not use the disassembled parts of the machine as spare parts;

- Disassemble the machine for spare parts disposal according to the law in force.

The pump doesn't reach the

PROBABLE CAUSE
Insufficient flow.
Check that the delivery rate is 30% higher than
the value stated on the appliance's technical
data plate.
Water inlet filter is clogged.
Remove and clean the filter.
Suction/delivery valves are clogged or worn out.
Contact an authorised service centre.
Pressure regulator valve set on minimum
Increase the pressure by screwing in the pressure
regulator knob.
The nozzle is worn out.
Replace the nozzle.
The nozzle is either clogged or deformed.
Dismantle the lance and clean the nozzle with
the pin provided.
Suction/delivery valves are clogged or worn out.
Contact an authorised service centre.
Worn gaskets
Contact an authorised service centre.
Pressure regulator valve gaskets worn
Contact an authorised service centre.
The filter is dirty.
Remove and clean the filter.
Water leaking from the pump.
Contact an authorised service centre.
Tighten the unions; if the problem persists,
contact an authorised service centre.
Leaks from pressure regulator valve
Contact an authorised service centre.
Leaks from water unions.
Tighten the unions; if the problem persists,
contact an authorised service centre
Suction/delivery valves are clogged or worn out.
Contact an authorised service centre
Worn bearings
Contact an authorised service centre
The filter is dirty.
Remove and clean the filter.
Extreme water temperature.
Bring the temperature under 50°.
O-rings (water and oil) are worn out.
Contact an authorised service centre
Tank empty.
Replace oil with double frequency that is
suggested.
Rod knob on high pressure position.
Fill the tank.
Water ter is clogged.
Remove and clean the filter (fig.1 pos. 10).
