Do not start the engine in a
completely enclosed area. Only start
the engine in outdoor environments.
When the engine must be started
indoors, be sure to provide sufficient
ventilation.
CAUTION
Allow the muffler, engine and other
hot parts to cool before inspecting
or performing maintenance.
Be sure to stop the engine before
inspecting, adjusting, repairing, or
cleaning the machine.
Be sure to stop the engine before
replacing parts or removing grass
caught in rotating parts.
Check regularly that the hydraulic
hoses are securely fastened and free
of damage (H - HD type).
When maintenance operations
require disconnecting joints and/or
hoses, release the pressure in the
hydraulic circuit before
disconnecting the joints and/or
hoses (H - HD type).
Be sure to reinstall any covers
removed during maintenance
operations.
