Cargo Clamps and Cargo Rack (for i2 SE model)
24078-00001 (Cargo Clamps), 24042-00001 (Cargo Rack)
Tools required
• 4 mm hex wrench
• Torque wrench
Installation
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Install six Rubber Grommets to each Cargo Rack as shown in Figure 5.
3. Install one Quick Release Knob to each Cargo Rack using two 16 mm
fasteners and two Nyloc nuts, as shown in Figure 6. Torque the fasteners
to 6.0 N-m (4.4 ft-lbf).
4. Position the Cargo Clamps on the i2 SE Lower Cargo Frame as shown.
The threaded clamps should be on the underside of the i2 SE Lower
Cargo Frame. See Figure 7.
5. Position the Cargo Rack so it aligns with the Cargo Clamps as shown in
Figure 7.
6. Thread eight of the included 35 mm fasteners through the Cargo Rack
into the Cargo Clamps. Torque the fasteners to 6.0 N-m (4.4 ft-lbf).
Removal
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Remove the Cargo Rack and Cargo Clamps in the reverse order of the
above procedure.
NOTE
Refer to the Weight Limits and Maximum Allowable Cargo Weight
sections (p. 3) before using this accessory.
