Standard Front Case/Power-Pack Front Case

24046-00001 (Standard Front Case), 24047-00001 (Power-Pack Front Case)
Tools required
• 4 mm hex wrench
• Torque wrench
Installation
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Install the Front Case to the Lean Steer using two 25 mm fasteners, four O-rings (two on each side of the Stabilizer Plate), and two
Lean Steer Mounts, as shown in Figure 15. Torque the fasteners to 11.0 N-m (8.1 ft-lbf).
NOTE
The Lean Steer mount closest to the rider has chamfered (rounded) edges and threaded holes.
Power-Pack Front Case only: Be sure to install the case where you can reach the light/horn switches without removing your hands
from the handlebar.
Be sure to periodically check the tightness of all fasteners.
Removal
1. Make sure the PT is powered off and unplugged.
2. Remove the Front Case from the Lean Steer in the reverse order of the above procedure.
NOTE
Refer to the Weight Limits and Maximum Allowable Cargo Weight sections (p. 3) before using this accessory.
