Mounting of the gas leak detector, flush version "GSW":
1) Prepare the gas leak detector according to the type of plate to be installed by cutting or not cutting
the side tabs and by removing or not removing the side lugs by following the diagram in fig. 8.
2) Connect the power supply, solenoid valve and, if necessary, the serial communication (all the
cables must be installed subtrack).
3) Insert the leak detector in the wall box provided and fasten it with the two screws supplied as stan-
dard
4) Apply the plate chosen
5) Affix the label with the leak detector replacement date in the way it will be visible when the leak
detector is installed.
Description of the push buttons-LEDs:
as can be seen from figure 9, the following push button is present in the "Gas Sentinel" gas leak
detector:
Prog) service push button, located under the label and activated manually. It serves for silencing the
buzzer for 1 minute in the case of alarm. It also allows access to the programming menu and
setting the operating parameters of the gas leak detector. See the "Programming" section for
further information.
The following light indicators are also present (starting from the bottom). During normal operation they
assume the meaning described below (NB: consult the "Programming" section for the meaning of the
light indicators during the programming operations):
1) green LED: power, if lit up it indicates that the instrument is switched on. If unlit, it means that the
instrument is off, if flashing it indicates that the programming procedure is activated
2) yellow LED: fault. Unlit under normal conditions.

3) red LED: Unlit under normal conditions
