3 Conditions of use
Please note
The HMPL−...−KP may be damaged if its
speed is braked.
S Make sure that the following specifica
tions are observed in the case of cyclic
clamping:
Clamping is loosened only in the
end positions of the linear module.
The clamping unit is pressurized and
exhausted only when the piston rod is
standing completely still.
There are no dynamic forces.
Please note
Incorrect handling can lead to malfunctioning.
S Follow the operating instructions for the linear module type HMPL−..." for
correct and safe use of the product.
The technical specifications of clamping unit type HMPL−...−KP may limit the
specifications in the operating instructions for linear module type HMPL−... .
4 Fitting
Fitting mechanical components
Please note
Deformed components may cause a functional failure.
S Make sure that there are no transverse forces on the housing 3 or on the
clamping rod 2 of the HMPL−...−KP.
