3. MEM MODULE CODIFIER MENU
The memory module is an insertion device that permits to enable
from 318 to 1000 users. In this way it is possible to insert inside
318 or 1000 different codes, generated by the transmitters of the
Personal Pass series.
The available models are the following:
• MEM200 permits to store 318 different codes in the memory
zones from 000 to 317;
• MEM200-I permits to combine a 10-character word with each
of the 318
codes inserted in memory.
• MEM1000 permits to store 1000 different codes in as many
memory zones (from 000 to 999).
• MEM1000-I permits to combine a 10-character word with
each of the 1000 codes inserted in memory.
To gain access to the functions of the MEMORY MODULE
CODIFICATION MENU, read carefully the following instructions.
The screen must display:

Pressing ESC key, you go back to the previous menu.
Now pressing keys
, it is possible to select the following
menus:
• MEM MODULE ZONE CODIFICATION: It permits to display
the memory zones and edit their content, using the keyboard,
delete desired zones, store a code by radio transmission or
keyboard, store by radio a very high number of codes in
sequential learning.
• MEM MODULE DUPLICATION: It permits to duplicate the
whole content of a memory module inside another module
with equivalent or higher capacity.
• MEM MODULE COMPLETE DELETION: It permits to delete
the whole content of a memory module.
• PASSE-PARTOUT YES / NO: It permits to enable or disable
the passe-partout function on the receiver.
• MEMORY ZONE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER
• USER IDENTIFICATION LABEL
• STATUS OF THE MEMORY ZONE (free / engaged)

The given example refers to 000 memory zone, where the code,
transmitted by the Personal Pass transmitter first key, is stored. It
has G2*TKB label code and enables the third relay with timer
function of 1 Sec. The memory zone is identified by the word V2
IBERICA.
MEM MODULE ZONE CODIFICATION
This menu is the strength point of PROG2 system because it
permits to monitor each available zone. This feature permits to
see the contents of the codes in the memory module and also
permits to the user to insert sequentially all desired transmitters,
delete single memory zones, identify each zone with a
10-character word (only with MEM200-I and MEM1000-I
memory models), edit the content and the set ups of each single
zone.
To codify the desired memory module, read carefully the
following instructions: The screen must display:
Press ENTER key, PROG2 sends two sound impulses and displays:
Insert the module you want to edit into the MEM SOURCE
connector. Press ENTER key, the screen displays, for example,
data of picture 1.
MEMORY ZONE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER is composed of three-
digit numbers that show which memory zone is displayed.
USER IDENTIFICATION LABEL is a 10-character word that permits
to the installer to combine the desired name or number with
each memory zone (only with MEM200-I and MEM1000-I
models).
MEMORY ZONE STATUS is represented by the symbol *: if the
memory zone is free, the symbol is not visible, if the zone is
engaged the symbol appears above on the right.
ENABLED KEY NUMBER is composed of a number that changes
from 1 to 4 and shows which transmitter key is stored.
LABEL CODE is a 6-character word that identifies which
transmitter of the Personal Pass series is inside the displayed
memory zone.
CHANNEL shows which of the four relays will be enabled.
FUNCTION must be selected among the following options:
• MONOSTABLE enables the correspondent relay during all the
time of transmission of the transmitter, when the transmission
is aborted the relay is disabled.
• BISTABLE enables the correspondent relay with the first
transmission of the transmitter, the relay is disabled with the
second transmission.
• TIMER the transmission of the transmitter enables the
correspondent relay, which is disabled after the set up time.
Available timings are shown in the table.
