11. Assemble Cross Tube (#25) to Legs (#19) with Hex Bolts (#24)
and Nuts (#34) hand tighten only. Be sure that the offset
holes in (#19) Legs match each other and that the Cross tube
(#25) is attached in the two bottom holes of legs (#19) as
shown in Detail E & Figure 8.
12. Attach leg caps (#26) to bottom of the legs
(#19) as shown in Figure 8.

Hand tighten Nuts (#34).
