MAINTENANCE
SHUTTING DOWN AND CLEANING UP
‡
rinse it thoroughly.
‡ Disconnect the garden hose from the water inlet on the unit.
‡ Press trigger to release any remaining water pressure.
‡ Turn the switch to "OFF" (0) position.
‡ Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
‡ Engage gun safety lock.
THE REPLACEMENT OF HOSE
With the pressure washer disconnected from power, water and depressurized.
① Unreel hose entirely, to gain access to connector.
② Unscrew old hose from connection, and discard.
③ Screw new hose into place. screw gun assembly onto hose, follow procedure to turn unit on
and check for leaks.
W A R N I N G
Turn off water supply and squeeze trigger to depressurize the unit. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury due to discharge of high-pressure water.
TAKING A BREAK
‡ Engage gun safety lock.
‡ Turn unit to "OFF" (O) position.
‡ Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
C A U T I O N :
The use of a pump protector is recommended to prevent cold weather damage during storage
over the winter months.
