POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Plug unit firmly into wall outlet.
2. Check fuse or breaker in home. Replace fuse/reset breaker.
3. Unplug unit. Remove debris from brushroll.
4. Turn the cleaner off and disconnect it from the electrical
outlet. Then allow cleaner to cool for 30 minutes. If the
thermal protector continues to activate see Needs Service
solution #5.
5. Take to service center. To find nearest location, visit our
website at www.hoover.com or call 1-800-944-9200. Monday
through Friday 8am - 7pm EST
