Your appliance is equipped with the following attachments:
MULTI-SURFACE brush (5): The multi-surface brush (5) is suitable for all surfaces:
ceramic, marble, parquet and carpets.
• pull the power cable (3) all the way out to the red mark. The yellow mark on the cable is
before the end part of the cable with the red mark.
Using the vacuum cleaner with the cable fully or partly wound involves
an overheating hazard!
NOTE:
1. Bear in mind that a new appliance can develop odours the first few times it is
used. These odours are harmless and disappear shortly afterwards. Ventilate
the room.
2. Transparent parts can become opaque, due to use.
• plug the power cable into the socket and turn the appliance on from the ON/OFF switch
(2) (position I).
• The electronic power control (14) allows you to adjust the suction force. select the
following settings [Fig. c1]:
Minimum or intermediate level: for rugs and carpet.
Maximum: for floors and parquet.
• switch the appliance off after use, by pressing the ON/OFF button (2) (position O) and
disconnect the plug from the socket.
• press the automatic cable winding key (3B) to wind up the power cable [Fig. d2]. Hold the
plug while winding the cable in order to prevent whiplash.
Switch the appliance off and disconnect the plug from the socket before
opening the appliance! Make sure all cleaned parts are completely dry
before reusing the appliance.
Cleaning the vacuum cleaner:
When necessary, clean the vacuum with a damp cloth. do not use solvents or other
aggressive or abrasive detergents. Otherwise, the surface could be damaged.
Cleaning the multi-surface brush (5):
With the motor ON, rub the brush with your hand to remove the dust and fluff, which will be drawn.
Cleaning the dust-collection system (10):
ATTENTION! Empty the dust collection compartment (10) and clean the filtering
system after every use. Do not fill the compartment above the MAX level (8).
When the suction power of the vacuum drops or the indicator on the dust collection system (10)
says that the container is full, take the dust container out of the vacuum cleaner.
If the suction power of the vacuum cleaner does not improve after cleaning the dust collection system,
