Remove pre-filter (1) and main filter (2) from the filter
carrier (3). 3.For full-day implementation, pre-filter and
main filter should should be cleaned daily. For larger dust
accumulations the maintenance should also be executed
between these breaks. Simply shaking out or blowing out
are the best methods for daily cleaning. In the case of
damaged filter material, the appropriate parts must be
immediately replaced. For motor damage, that occurs
through improper care, no guarantee claims can be made.
Insert the new or cleaned pre-filter and main filter into
the filter carrier (3) and replace the filter cover and secure
through the catch. 4.Under no circumstances should a wet
pre-filter or main filter be implemented!

good time if necessary. The following parts subject to wear and tear are not covered by the
manufacturer's guarantee: Air filter/ fuel filter/ all rubber parts that come into contact with fuel/
impeller and shredder blade/ anti-vibration parts/ sparkplugs/ collection sack/ starter fixture

If the motor does not run satisfactorily, al-
though the air filter is clean and also the
carburetor adjustment is in order, then this
could also be due to a polluted or damaged
noise suppressor. Please see your specialized
repair shop.
For stops longer than three months the following work
steps should be executed: Empty and clean the fuel tank
at a well ventilated location.
Start the motor with empty fuel tank run the engine until
the carburetor is empty and the motor shuts off. Otherwise
the carburetor nozzles could become encrusted with fuel
mix residue and make a subsequent start more difficult.
Clean the motor device well (particularly the air intake
openings, the cylinder heat sink fins, the air filter and the
tank duct area). Store the device at a dry clean and secure
location. There should be no open flame possibilities or
