Sponge cake Function : grill
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10-12 minutes
Ingredients :
225g of floor
225g of sugar
225g of soft butter
2 tablespoon of water
4 eggs
8g vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons of baking powder
Grated peel of orange
Icing sugar
Mix all ingredients with mixer and pour into the mold.
If the butter is not soft, put it in a suitable container into the microwave oven and sof-
ten, covered, for 2-3 minutes on low power.
Bake for 10-12 minutes with the Grill.
Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar.
You can stuff with vanilla cream.
