rating according to specification
4) High stress applies to a high vibration environment. Operation above 67 % maximum rating according to specification
5) FIT = Failure in time, Unit: Quantity of failures per 10
6) Green marked values: SFF sufficient for SIL 2
7) Green marked values: PFD
