5.2 Maintenance
Frequency (1-3 years according to DIN 1988)
depends on local operating conditions.
The following should be carried out by
competent personnel, with the time interval
depending on the site conditions:
1. Close valve 1 .
2 Release pressure at side of outlet (e.g.
through water tap).
3. Loosen slotted screw 3 .

4. Slacken spring tension

Turn adjusting knob 5 to the left (-).
5. Close valve 2 .
6. Remove spring hood

using double ring spanner ZR06K.

7. Remove slip ring 6 .
8. Remove valve insert with a pair of pliers.

Check if sealing ring, nozzle side and
slotted ring are in good condition
G
Clean filter
G
Replace faulty parts.
9. Reassemble in reverse order

press in membrane with finger before
inserting slip ring.
10. Adjust outlet pressure as described
under section 3 .
