Installation of DN 100 to 800 pump bases with the Hilti HIT-RE 500 fixing system.
(see images 09-24 on pages 4-5)
ATTENTION wear protective clothing according to safety regulations (pay attention to the Hilti -
instructions for use)!
09 Prepare concrete base and check concrete quality (at least B25).
Position and align the pump base, pay attention to the minimum gap to the edge (see Hilti HIT-RE 500
instructions for use).
ATTENTION Check the footprint of the base for flatness!
ATTENTION Drilling and filling the boreholes with mortar should take place promptly.
10 Mark the boreholes.
11 Clamp the hammer drill (see tool list, image 07). Set the drilling depth exactly using the stop.
For M16: drill ø 18 mm / t = 125 mm - screw-in length (threaded pin)
for M20: drill ø 24 mm / t = 170 mm - screw-in length (threaded pin)
or M24: drill ø 28 mm / t = 210 mm - screw-in length (threaded pin).
12 Lift the pump base, it is also possible to drill through the fixing holes.
13 Clean the boreholes with the blow-out pump (image 02) according to Hilti instructions for use, blow out
4 x or use compressed air.
Clean boreholes with the round steel brush (image 03) 4 x according to Hilti instructions for use.
