如果耳機無法彼此正確連線或是無法與您的裝置正確連線，請重設耳機。
1. 將耳機放入充電盒，確定它們正在充電中。
2 . 保持充電盒開啟，然後按住充電盒底部的按鈕 10 秒，直到兩側耳機上的 LED 指示燈閃爍紅燈
3 次。
將會清除所有記憶體資料。
