Do not overload the Basket. This may cause a sudden drop in the temperature of
the oil and, thus, very oily and unevenly fried food.
˃
If small quantities of food are fried, set the temperature of the oil to a temperature
lower than indicated to prevent the oil from frying excessively.
˃
When the food is fried, raise the Basket and wait a few seconds before opening
the Cover. This lowers the vapor pressure, but care must be taken because a
small amount of vapor can still be released.
˃
Check to see that the food is cut thinly and with uniform thickness, because foods
cut very thick cook poorly on the inside despite the good outer appearance, while
those with uniform thickness reach the ideal cooking point at the same time.
˃
Dry the foods before dipping them in oil or fat, because very wet foods become
soft after frying (especially potato). It is advisable to batter foods rich in water (fish,
meat, legumes), carefully removing excess flour before dipping them in the oil.
Frying frozen foods

Frozen foods have very low temperatures. Consequently, the cause a significant
reduction in the temperature of the oil. In order to obtain good results, it is
advisable to use small quantities.

Most times frozen foods are covered in ice crystals, which should be removed

CLEANING AND CARE

Wash the Basket with water and neutral detergent. Dry well with a mild cloth or
paper. Never use abrasive sponges in order not to damage the material.

Clean the Vat with cloth moistened in warm water and detergent. Do not use
abrasive sponges so as not to damage the non-stick coating.

Remove the persistent residues with a plastic sponge or brush. Dry them
completely with cloth or paper towel.

The Cover is removable. Simply push the lock located in the middle of the fold and
gently push it upwards. It should be washed in warm water and detergent. Dry it
completely before placing it back.

Do not use a washing machine to wash the Basket and Cover.

Do not keep the accessories or components damp or wet, because it can damage

Filter

Oil duration
