1. Push the stop switch.

When the product stops, you can hear a
knock sound. This is typical and is not an indication
of a defective product.

To adjust the harness

1. Put on the harness of the product.
2. Put the waist belt around your waist and connect the
belt buckle for the waist strap.
3. Tighten the waist belt strap.

4. Connect the belt buckle for the chest strap.

5. Adjust the position of the chest strap.
6. Tighten the chest strap.
7. Tighten the shoulder straps until the product is tight
against your body.
