Carefully stand the unit upright.
å
To insert the drawers into your unit, line up the EXTENSION SLIDES on the drawer with the EXTENSION RAILS on the unit
å
and push the drawer into the unit until the drawer is fully inserted. The drawer will push in hard until it is all the way in, then
it will slide in and out easier.
Apply the WARNING LABEL (1L) to the TOP (G). You should be able to read the label when the TV is removed from the
å
unit. When the TV is in place, it should hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as shown in the diagram.
Apply the WARNING LABEL (5L) to the upper DRAWER BOTTOM (D601). You should be able to read the label
å
when the drawer is open. When the drawer is closed, it will hide the label. Peel off the backing and apply the label as
shown in the diagram.
NOTE: These are permanent labels intended to last for the life of the product. Once applied, do not try to remove them
å
To help prevent the TV from sliding, place the ANTI-SKID PAD (3M) under the front support of the TV or divide among the
å
front supports if more than one.
WARNING
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can
occur from furniture tip-over. To help
prevent tip-over:
-Place heaviest items in the lowest drawers.
-Unless specifi cally designed to accommodate,
do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of
this product.
-Never allow children to climb or hang on
drawers, doors, or shelves.
-Never open more than one drawer at a time.
-If equipped with a drawer interlock system, do not
defeat or remove it.
Use of tip-over restraints may only reduce,
but not eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

WARNING
Never use this furniture with a TV
that is too large or too heavy. Severe
injury or death can occur. The TV and
furniture will be unstable and may tip.
-The TV must weigh less than 50 lbs.
-The base of the TV must be able to
sit completely on this shelf.

not try to remove. Surface will be
damaged.
