Installing external accessories
· Use the grooves for fitting external
accessories.
With size 18, the slot nuts slide over a
recess in the groove.
With sizes 25 and 40, the slot nuts slide
into any desired position of the profile in
the groove when the device is tilted.
Selecting the motor:
· Please select motors intended for combination with the DGEA from our

You will then be operating mating devices which are especially adapted to
each other.
· Use the PositioningDrives" sizing software to design the linear axis

· Observe the limit values for forces, torque and speeds è chapter 15 Technical

When using gear units at low temperatures:

· Observe that gear units have an increased no−load torque until they reach
operating temperature.
Mounting the motor:
· Mount the motor onto the axis in
accordance with the assembly
instructions for the motor mounting kit
