Lifetime Primary Filter
NOTE:
This is located on the canister behind the
Dirt Cup bin.
When to Clean
It is recommended that the Primary Filter be
checked and cleaned periodically depending on
the frequency of use and volume of dirt being
picked up on each cleaning.
How to Clean

Release the Primary Filter Cover by lifting up
the tab.

Lift off the Filter Cover to gain access to
the Filter Assembly. Separate the Filter from
Filter Frame and remove.

Hold Filter under cold running water to remove dirt
and debris. Squeeze Filter to remove excess
water.
NOTE:
Allow Filter to dry completely before
replacing, which may take up to 24 hours. Do
not use any detergents or boiling water to
wash the Filters.
Once completely dry, return the Lifetime Primary
Filter to the Filter Frame, replace Filter Assembly
into canister and replace cover.
