MAINTENANCE
ADJUSTING THE RUNNING BELT
The treadmill belt comes pre-adjusted from the factory. However, users tend to force the
treadmill belt to one side during the exercise, either with the right foot or the left foot. In
order to correctly adjust it, follow the steps below:
ADJUSTING THE RUNNING BELT TENSIONING
In case of the treadmill belt is "sliding" or wobbling when you
place your foot on it while running, the tension on the
TOOL
treadmill belt needs to be increased.
HOW TO INCREASE THE RUNNING BELT TENSION:
1.Place the 6 mm Allen key on the left screw of the running
belt tensioner. Clockwise turn the key 1/4 to press the rear
roller and increase the treadmill bell tension.

2.Repeat STEP1 to give the adequate tension to the right
screw of the treadmill belt . Make sure to give both screws
the same number of turns, in a way that the rear roller is
adjusted to the structure.
3.Repeat STEP 1 and STEP 2 until the sliding is eliminated seja

4.Be careful not to tension the the running belt. It might put
both front and back rollers under pressure. An over-

the running belt
To reduce the running belt tension, give the same number of
tension
turns on both screws counter-clockwise, centernig the
running belt.
While running, you tend to step harder with one foot than
you do with the other which impacts on the amount of
moviments the running belt does. This movement may cause
the running belt to move out of its center which is completely
normal. The running belt will be centered when there is no
user on the treadmill. If the running belt remains offset, you
will need to manually center it .

2. If the running belt has shifted to the left side. Using an
Allen key, turn the left adjustment screw clockwise, and the
right adjustment screw counter-clockwise, 1/4 of a turn
each.
3. Repeat the step above until the running belt is centered.
4. After centering the running belt, speed it up to 13kmph
and check if it is working properly. Repeat the step above if
necessary.
Increasing the running belt tensioning might be necessary if
the above procedures are not successful.
