Pneumatic installation

1. Remove the transport covers on the compressed air connections.
2. Connect the tubing with the specified components as per Fig. 6.
Warning
The product will function as intended providing it is set up correctly and if the
exhausting is corrrect.
S At input 12 of pressure sequence valve VD−3−PK−3 use tubing 1 m longer than
that to input 1.
S Use the same lengths of tubing between the push−button valves and the
two−hand control unit.
S Use only 3/2−way push−button valves.
S Hold open the outputs 3 on the push−button valves.
S If required on the two−hand control unit, use only one silencer which does not
impede the exhaust air stream.
S Avoid dirt entering the silencer.

Commissioning

1. Pressurize your system.
2. Screw in the opened adjustment screw of pressure sequence valve VD−3−PK−3
until the switching pressure is at least 3 bar.
Use e. g. a control manometer for this purpose.
