To ensure optimum seated posture, it may be necessary to
raise the seat height. To take up a relaxed position, set the
chair to the lowest seat height. Then press the backrest as
far back as it will go and lock it in this position with the cupped

handle for the Permanent Contact mechanism
. Now activate

the seat tilt adjustment feature
and tilt the upper part of
the chair as far back as it will go. You are now in the ideal
position for relaxing. The large opening angle for the body
relieves the strain on intervertebral discs and muscles.
